Work with Architects and Engineers Pre-Bid to develop detailed plans and specifications for fire protection systems including fire sprinkler, fire pump, standpipe, water storage tanks, preaction, and beyond. Perform review of contractor submittal's and site observation walk through's to ensure compliance with the contract documents and owner requests.

Work with Fire Sprinkler Contractors to develop Fire Sprinkler Shop Drawing, Hydraulic Calculation, and Product Catalog Submittals in accordance with the contractor's bid and project specific construction documents.
PIPE FABRICATION & MATERIAL LISTING
All Inclusive
Develop Fitter Installation Prints in conjunction with required pipe fabrication and loose material pick lists for delivery and installation at the project site.
